OnMouseOUt of a Layer in IE

I am working on Layers using DIV tag.
OnMouseOut is working fine in Netscape.
But in IE I dont' have an Idea.

document.all[layname].onmouseout=func();

When I set this it is invoking the func() but Onmouseout of the layer nothing happens.

Please help me.
