OnMouseOver and Linking

I've used DreamWeaver to do a MouseOver and that't working fine. But now I need to have that image that has a mouseover function to link to another url.

Using onMouseOver to link to another page is usually not a very good idea, because people can easily pass their mouse over the link while they browse and find themselves somewhere else. However...
