Php with html

I am working on a little practice script.

this is the scenerio

I play a game called "utopia" and went to make the script to play the province for me while i sleep.

the thing i need to learn for this to work is something along this line.

I want the script doing the "work" to run in one window, while in another window i want it to move to varios spots in the game and play...

if i insert the code into utopia.php

i want browser B to open that site and login for me...

the game is turn based so i will use a time function so that every hour the scrtip repeats itsself,

I tired using a meta refresh but it takes me to that page, and i cant get back ect...

does anyone understand or could help?
