problem with tables in NS

whem i open the site is NS does't appear like IE :-/

can someone tell me why ?

there are tags that ns doesn't support - but the problem can easily be fixed if your cell widths are set to exact pixel sizes and by adding a transparent gif of size 1px x 1px (resized to the required width of the cell) to the left and right cells (where the picture has been used as a background)...
