pulldown menu with submenus in submenus

how do i make a pulldown menu with submenus in the submenus (normally, you click the menu, and you can select something, i want
it to be able to click the menu, select a subject, then select an option in the submenu) but i have no idea how to do this :

that didnt work out, too complicated,
i now have a diffrent way of doing that, but that too is not working.
