rollovers and sound

What's the easiest way to make a sound play when you roll the mouse over an image(or image link)?

Well, I guess it's not the answer you're looking for, but mine would be... don't.

If you *really* want sound rollovers, look at using Flash to do your whole navbar, because using sounds in regular HTML/JavaScript pages is just not a very good idea. Sounds can be hard to preload and add drastically to your load time, whereas Flash has good compression and is fairly seamless.

But that's just one webmasters opinion...
