Hi everyone,

I'm posting on here as I have exhausted every other resource. Here's my problem. I am setting up an Apache webserver on a Win98 machine inorder to run the Microsoft Speech Development Kit. I want a client to submit text to the website which in turn converts it into speech (i.e. WAV file). This file is then sent to the client. I could just have the client use a browser and fill out a form on the website and then download the resulting wav, but I can't use a browser, only c++ programs like wget and ftp. Of course I can code my own stuff, but I'm not sure where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Salvatore Librizzi
