i need to know how to stop users from right clicking on my page so tht they dont steal my code, anyone? i have the code for IE 4.O only, i need something that will work for netscape too! help?

Sorry to say, but there is always a way to steal HTML-code from a site who is "readable" through HTTP.
If people really want to steal the code from you there are plenty of ways doing it, not just using a browser.

It is possible to disable the right mouse button using DHTML.
Try this out...
