TrackMania Site - Custom Fonts / Colour Selector

Hi there. Before I start spouting info, I thought I should say, I used the search function but it brought up a webpage (igrep.com), which was empty.

That aside,

Hi I'm Tritoch and I'm trying to get a TrackMania webpage done for a friend. I have 3 problems.

1) Custom Font. I used a font called Sheldon Narrow during the design phase, and I wanted to know if it is possible to embed that font into the webpage somehow. (I have looked up on WEFT, and am aware it only works with Internet Explorer).

So my question is, are there any other ways of embedding the Sheldon Narrow font into the website.

2) Vertical Alignment - I am desperately trying to find a way to vertically align the content (which is all held within a table) to the centre of the screen. Any ideas?

3) I would like to get a colour scheme / selector going and I guess this can be done using javascript/css (I know there is another forum for this, but think it's best to keep this all in one thread).

I have yet to generate the images for the other colours, however, this is what the website currently looks like:

www.ec-urt.net/trackmania/beta/index.html

Any and all help is much appreciated. I apologise if I have done anything incorrectly here, as this is my first time. I will keep this post updated with all changes made.

TODO LIST
-> Hidden JavaScript Preloader
-> Turn Second Table into a Frame to allow different content

Wow, thank you for the fast reply.

sIFR seems to be a fantastic choice Thank you very much. I'll read up on the rest of the links.

The reason it is all in a table is I used the inbuilt Photoshop CS3 HTML Generator.

I'm cleaning that up as I go along. (Have now removed all the useless empty png's).

Will check through the rest of the links,

Tritoch

Excellent The Style Selector now works.

For anyone interested, here is how I've done so:

Having checked up and reading into this much more, this doesnt seem to be the ideal solution as they recommend it for headers only, due to it taking up more bandwith, and increasing load times.

Furthermore, it doesn't successfully avoid all flash blockers. And the reason for doing this project in html/js/css was to avoid flash in the first place :P

Thanks for the help, although I'm looking for a more 'streamlined' way to do this.

Tritoch.

Have now added the rollover for the Green Theme.

DING! Brain just stormed an idea on how to get the main content working... Looks like SIFr might be handy after all!
