Video code works on one site, not another

I put together a site for a co-worker of mine using the jwplayer to play a sample video. It works in almost all circumstances, except the video doesn't play on his site in IE10 (it does play on my site in IE10).

Has anyone seen this before? Is this a server issue? An IE10 issue?

Maybe IE10 doesn't like the "video/mpeg" mime-type for that file. Try configuring IIS to use "video/mp4" instead.
