New Member - Weird behavior in IE and Safari!

Hi! My website: 7daysdistribution.com/blogg

Having some problem with my site that I can't figure out.

1)
In IE and Safari my site is quickly jumping to the left first time you go in to THE site. And look horrible! This also happens when the first time you press the button in menu for brands. How can I fix it? What code can I write in or take away?
