That just means your browser has crashed. SOmetimes a page may have alot of coding taht confuses a browser and casues it to slowly lock up. Happens in IE and NS. Just close your borwser and reopen it. Also note when this happens even when you close the browser from your screen sometimes the program doesnt stop running. Assuming you are running WIndows95/98/nt, after you close the browser hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE once to bring up the task manager and look to see if the browsers name is still there. If it is you will have to select it and hit the end task button. You may even have to do that a few times until a window pops up asking you if you really want to end the task. CLick ok and then reopen the browser.
