Window Automatic Sizing Based on IE Text Size Setting?

Hi,
This is a side-bar issue to the Outlook automatic pop-up window...

This concerns the text size setting in the
"VIEW -- TEXT SIZE -- (Largest, Larger, Medium, Smaller, Smallest") menu?

Right now, my popup window looks good at the smallest text size setting, but it over-runs the window edges at anything larger. Is there a way to dictate the text size (preferable method), or to resize the window based on the text-size setting?
