I want to open a window of html thru a frame set. How do I give size to the html window. i don't wanna use javascript.

The only thing you can do with basic HTML is open a page in a new browser window by giving the link a TARGET="_blank" and thats all you can do with it. To open a window with a certain size you have to use javascript.
