Webvtt in IE10 not working
Ok so i'm trying to setup a videos to play on a website. I want to set it up to use webvtt and then fall back to something else(worry about that later).
The issue i'm having is that the captions aren't being recognized by IE10. They are working fine in chrome and I can get to them with the url of the file so I don't think it's a MIME type issue.
sorry ignore the coldfusion variables being declared.
<video id="reading-video" lang="#sourcelang#" autoplay="autoplay" controls="controls">
<source src="/munsch/media/video/#book_title#.mp4" type='video/mp4' />
<source src="/munsch/media/video/#book_title#.webm" type='video/webm' />
<track kind="captions" src="/munsch/media/subtitles/#caption_other#.vtt" srclang="#sourcelang#" label="#caption_other#" default>
00:00:05.142 --> 00:00:08.501
This is a test
00:00:08.900 --> 00:00:14.305
This is another test
Any ideas as to why this wont' show in IE10?

Figured it out.... For some reason the browser was defaulting to running in IE10 mode but with IE9 standards.
