    Perhaps. However, your question is way too general for a specific reply.

    Also I should advise you that single page web sites are often not the most user friendly, especially for mobile users. I would suggest starting with a more common approach but for large screens (e.g. wider than 1100px), using AJAX to lazy load additional content.

    Hi,

    I can help you to build a beautiful single page website. You can either download a template from the w3layouts.com or build the website using WordPress CMS.

    I will tell how to build a website using WordPress here.

    You need a hosting account first. Here is how to get it one.
    1. Go to https://in.000webhost.com and you can create an account there.
    2. Install WordPress CMS.
    3. Log into the WordPress dashboard of the website.

    4. Choose a theme
    5. Customize the theme.

    An experienced person can do all this in half an hour. It doesn't need much technical knowledge but it will take a few hours to understand how they work.

    I will create a detailed description of the steps and link here.

    How much customizing can you do in less than half an hour? Besides, it seems quite possible to spend hours looking through available designs before even picking one to customize.

    Hi,

    I am not sure if you want someone to build a website for you or you need help to design a website by yourself.

    If you want to do it by yourself, I would recommend you to open a hosting account in any of the following sites.

    * https://www.awardspace.com
    * https://www.000webhost.com

    After setting up the account, you can install WordPress on the server.

    Open the WordPress dashboard using the credentials you provide during installation.

    You can install a one-page theme and modify the content. Your website is ready. It is that easy.

    Suggested Themes

    * Sydney
    * OnePress

    Single page website

    Enabling Single Page Navigation is easy, and it can be done on a per-page basis. Whenever you create or edit a page, look for the “Divi Settings” box to the right of your text editor. Within this box you will see the Dot Navigation option. Select “On” from the dropdown menu, and then save the page. You will now notice that a floating navigation bar has been added to the right side of your page
