can you please tell me how do I set settings for the SMTP server using a command line ?
my server runs Windows2003 standard with IIS 6.0, I removed the SMTP+POP3 services (from add/remove progs) and re-install it again with a different domain name, now I don't see the "Default SMTP server" in the IIS admin page... How do I make it visible again (in order to change its config)? it is there and function ok, I know, because I can send emails through the default SMTP... I just want to change some settings of it. thanks. |

I don't know, maybe reinstall IIS? www.iisfaq.com is a useful IIS site, maybe they have something there.

SMTP settings - urgent solution required!
Hello again...
how to set the RelayIPList + RelayAuth from a command prompt? is it enough to set the parameters in the METABASE.xml file? each time I set it the IIS restores the values to something else. thanks. |
