App Pool Crashing! - Help?!

hi,

We are really struggling to find the cause of our app cool crashing.

The webpage gives an internal 500 error. Recycling the app pool fixes it. It refers to ntdll but to be that's no use. Our application provider aren't exactly being helpful so would appreciate any expert's comments out there. Seems to happen when site is busy - it's fairly random. Server is 4gb, 4 proc 32 bit. application is .net.

Will try to attach files now from a thread report and a user dump. Oddly, the iisdiag didn't creat the userdump itself despite this hang, I had to manually do it.

You need to start by identifying the problem. 500 errors can have numerous causes, mostly from poor coding or server configurations.
