Authentix User Log In Problem

Hello I am running Authentix on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server box (Latest versions of both) and I have a problem with logging in.

When I first install it to my 'f:\' drive, I go through the Wizard, create my username and password, test it out, log in just fine. But but I try to create another user, it creates it fine but I can never log in.

Ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it into a new directory, nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

----
Edit: So Ive messed around with it a bit more and heres what ive got.

I have a group called 'members' thats permitted. When I create a user, that user is created in the 'members' group, but when I check the user status under the 'By User' tab, that new user is under the 'Not Permitted' sextion.

So how can I create a user and have him automatically added to the 'Permitted' Section?

Thanks.

This sounds like something for authentix support. I don't know that software.

I tried them, but they continue to say "add the user to a group thats permitted". No matter how many times I tell them the group I'm adding the users too are permitted. The people just dont know the software very well.
