Bandwidth Monitoring
Hello:

The problem I have is that a newly acquired office need to start using some of our online software right away. And they keep complaining about sluggish performance however it has never been an issue anywhere in the world except for them.
So I would like to monitor their access times, response times, maybe even bandwidth consumed by that office.

Other that your server logs I don't know of anything built in IIS to do what you want, but I'm sure there are lots of other tools available to monitor usage.
