Basic website reporting
Hi,
Does IIS have any built-in basic reporting capabilities? All I need is a report which can be emailed out with which pages were accessed and how many times on a daily basis. If not is there any good freeware tools that do this? Thanks. |

IIS creates standard log files which many popular reporting tools can use. There are freeware tools out there but I don't know their names, sorry.

Try Web Log Explorer or Web Log Expert. They'll do what you ask.
Sourceforge has a couple of free ones you might want to check out. You can find them all with google. Hope this helps |

Yeah, but that requires perl (right?) and quite a bit of configuring. Those programs you just install and point to your weblog, you can set a schedule for html report generation. But if you've got the patience, awstats is pretty nice. |
