Cannot Access a website running on winxp pro and IIS 5.1 from a networked pc (winxp)

Hi,
I am running a website on a winxp pro pc ( 192.168.1.105 ) running IIS5.1 . I want to access it from my laptop ( 192.168.1.115 ). when I say http:// 192.168.1.105 from my laptop the request times out. I can ping the PC from my laptop and can access the shared folders also. What can be the problem ???

do you have a firewall? is this set up so it allow incoming connection at port 80 (if not turned off).
