Cannot view website online why, PLEASE HELP
People cannot see my website online, I was told that port 80 maybe blocked but I checked and it is not. I can see the website on the local machine where the page is hosted by typing in http://142.163.151.196/challenge/index.php but others get a page not found error why? Can someone check and see if they can reach the page or perhaps tell me what is wrong?

have you checked that anonnymous access is allowed? stab in the dark I'm afraid

It is allowed. It is strange it was working a week ago then suddenly not, is there viruses or trojans that can block ports?
