Change number of users allowed
Can anyone tell me how to allow more users to connect to my machine? If three or more connections are opened to a website i'm building I get this error:
Code:
The page cannot be displayed
There are too many people accessing the Web site at this time.
Please try the following:
* Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
* Open the 10.0.1.77 home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected
Internet Information Services

* Background:
This error can occur if the Web server is busy and cannot process your request due to heavy traffic.

This is a real pain when i'm cross-browser testing as I need about 20 browsers open on PC and mac

Hi,
what operating system are you using? Windows 2000 proessional for example has a limit for the number of connections allowed connect to it. See the following Link. Hope this helps Displeaser
