Configure firewall

Hello there,

I have an ActiveX that displays data from an SQL server database.
When i try to view it behind a firewall the activeX loads without the data and displays the message that i m not allowed or access denied to the database. This only happens behind the firewall. Could you please give a hint on how to setup the firewall to view the data on the ActiveX? Do i need to change port in IIS?

Is the SQL Server outside your firewall? If so you need to open port 1433 (or whatever port is in use by your SQL Server).
