Configure firewall
Hello there,
I have an ActiveX that displays data from an SQL server database. When i try to view it behind a firewall the activeX loads without the data and displays the message that i m not allowed or access denied to the database. This only happens behind the firewall. Could you please give a hint on how to setup the firewall to view the data on the ActiveX? Do i need to change port in IIS? |

Is the SQL Server outside your firewall? If so you need to open port 1433 (or whatever port is in use by your SQL Server).
