custom 301 error page
I'm using win2003 server and IIS6 to host our site. We have just put up a new site and condensed it as well. some of the old paths out on search engines are not valid. When clicked the user gets a 301 error page. Is there any way to customize the 301 error page to redirect to our new homepage?

A 301 response is handled by the web browser, not the server.
Unless you meant a 401 error, if so open the IIS administration tool and modify the custom error settings for that error type.
