Environment variables
Does anyone know how you can set environment variables for PHP from within IIS? This would be comparable to apache's SetEnv configuration directive. I need this to set NLS_LANG for the webserver only so my oracle connections return data in the correct charset without messing up other oracle-using apps on my system.
