Error - Event ID:5 Out of Memory

Error - Event ID:5 Out of Memory
I have found this message in Event Viewer on my Windows 2000 server.

Error: File/Test/upload/upload.asp Line 85 Out of memory.
Unable to allocate required memory..

It seems to be the cause of a problem I have had uploading and downloading files through an ASP page using Binary Stream Objects.

Anyone got any ideas about how to solve this?

Oh right, sorry just couldn't decide if this was ASP problem or a IIS problem, I think it might even be abit of both.
