Hi,
I've just up a server, however when I receive an ASP error I just receive a page cannot be viewed instead of short message - how do need to set this up? Thanks, Sanj |

If you're using IE uncheck the "show friendly http errors" setting in IE.

Thanks Doug, But I can view the error when I work locally, but when I upload the pages to the server I don't see the error messages - is it something I need to check/uncheck on the server? Sanj |

Go into more detail
Somewhere in the IIS configuration settings is the ability to turn off error messages and provide only a generic error. Otherwise I still guess your browser is blocking the display of the full error. |
