Question FTP Setup

I'm trying to set up multiple sites web/ftp sites on the same IP address in IIS.

I've got 2 folders:

C:\Websites\site1.com
C:\Websites\site2.com

I have virtual directories under my FTP site called site1.com and site2.com, and 2 users created with the same names.

When I log in to the FTP with the site1.com user, it works fine, I am immediatly put into the site1.com folder and I cannot see the site2.com folder. However, if I manually type site2.com into the FTP program, I have access to all site2.com's files.

I've trying modifying permissions but everything I do seems to break the web site.

Anyone know what I need to do to secure these users? I'm sure it's something to do with permissions, but I can't seem to get it right.

Thanks in advance.
