Have 1 basic IIS 5 setup question...

I put my website in what was my "Default Website" location. When I open up the IIS console, I not only see my website root, but also listed are the original folders. My Question: Are these folders safe to remove? Or are they integral to running my web server? The folders/apps in question are as follows:

The vti folders are part of the frontpage extensions, you should remove the frontpage extensions from the IIS console and not delete these folders directly (assuming you don't need the fp extensions).
IISAdmin and Scripts are virtual directories. IISAdmin should be removed if you don't plan on using any web-based administration, Scripts can be removed if there is nothing in the directory, if anything is there you'll have to determine what might be affected if you remove the directory.
