Help with IIS- cannot access pages
I have set up a phpBB forum using MySQL and i am using IIS 5.0 to host this site on a windows 2000 machine. I tried to test my webpage by using 127.0.0.1 and the root folder homepage works just fine. However, when i click the link to the forum index it always brings a windows login box up. I asked my friends to access my page and they all could view the homepage perfectly but the logon box popup was always there for them. please help thank you

Somewhere in your PHP/MySQL stuff the IUSR_machinename user doesn't have permission so a login is prompted. This could be from any pages, linked images or other files, or something in php itself.
