Hi, I'm using webtrends Reporting Center Enterprise Edition v6.1
on windows 2003 with IIS 6.0 Logs work fine however I decided to use cookie support. Idownloaded and installed cookie module from http://www.netiq.com and installed it as documented in the pfd file that comes with it. I configured my IIS server and rebooted the PC. The problem is that no cookie gets sent to the viewers of my site and the graps in webtrends that rely on this info are not being loaded they just like a website with missing images. I know IIS6 is very secure maybe I installed it worng, please help. |
