how to make a directory a virtual directory???
Hi,
Can anybody tell me how to make a directory a virtual directory in IIS. I have created a site in IIS and there is a directory in that site called " ip_name". I want to make this directory a virtual directory. How can i do it??? Any suuggestions would be appreciated. Regards

You didn't specify your version of Windows.
In W2000/XP you open the control panel - administrative tools and then open the IIS management program. Navigate to your web site, and right-click to get to the menus to create a new virtual directory. Follow the prompts from there.
