HTTP Filter dll iisproxy.dll not loaded

Im running my application on WebLogic8.1 and trying to configure it on IIS. I can browse the application on individual basis but redirection doesn't happen

When i tried to load iisproxy.dll at IIS level/web site/MIME level it doesn't get loaded and thows an error "the Http filter dll, iisproxy.dll failed to load. The data is the error."

How to fix this problem? can anybody help me?
