IIS 5 with FrontPage Extensions
I am currently attempting to use Windows 2000 Professional (not server) to host a website. This site uses IIS, and I have the FrontPage 2002 extensions installed. For some reason, everytime I try to use a form created in front page, I recieve the error:
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.
I don't know if its a part of my configuration, or installation, or how im publishing the site. I have tried multiple installations and every one brings me the same error. Can anyway walk me through the steps to publish a website to a webserver, and how to utilize the frontpage extensiosn with the site? Thank you very much.
