IIS 6.0 FTP - Permissions
Forum Members -
I am trying to set up an Anonymous FTP server, with a download folder. I would like to set up the download folder so that the users can not list the folder contents. The user would have to know the name of the file to download it. Is this possible? That way I can send the users a URL similar to ftp://mysite.com/download/file1.doc, but someone browsing the FTP site could not find file1.doc. Thanks for any advice, James |

I don't use IIS FTP and don't have any idea how to configure for what you want, or even if it's possible. Perhaps someone who knows can jump in here.
