IIS 7.5 Windows Aunthentication Issues

I'm currently having issues with an app that I have put on my server into IIS 7.5. It's not correctly using windows authentication and is using the Network Service user to log into the website. I have windows authentication enabled as the only option within iis, the app pool is running on 4.0 integrated mode.

Any ideas?
