IIS 7, Windows Server 2008, HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found

Hi,
I migrated my WebServer from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008. (as you guess IIS 6 to IIS 7)

Now I am facing with "HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the Web server".
Detailed Error Information:
Module: IsapiModule
Notification: ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler: AboMapperCustom-696948
Error Code: 0x800704ec
Requested UR L: (UR L address blocked: See forum rules)
problem is the file I am calling has no extension.
it contains SQL query SELECT * FROM fin FOR XML auto

What should I do?

Apparently something isn't set up on the new server, but I don't use IIS7 and have no idea where you should start looking. There are most likely some IIS6 -> IIS7 migration documents on the microsoft website somewhere.
