IIS Adding Multiple Websites Under One IP
Already have one Web site up on IIS 6. I am adding a second site. Both sites IP Address have been set to All Unassigned using Port 80. The Host Header have been set on both sites, but only the first site will come up using the Host Header Name. None of the sites are using SSL. I am on a Win 2K3 server OS. Trying to get these up and running on my companies Intranet. Any suggestions?

Seems like it should be working. Are you sure the host headers are right. Is the site that comes up the default site? I don't have a server install right here with me now, but I'll look around tomorrow and see if I can find any obscure items I may nto have ran into yet.

The website that comes up is not the default. Its a new site that was created. Is that fact that I have .aspx pages have anything to do with why its not loading?

Fixed the problem, seems that I had to go to Control Panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, check application server and click details. You have to make sure ASP.NET is checked off so that you can run ASP.NET applications.
Hope this helps |
