IIS and domain access behind firewall
Hello, all;
My users are having a problem. If they are sitting at home they can access their website from either http://www.domain.com, or from http://domain.com. If they are sitting at their desk, they can only access the website from http://domain.com, and not from http://www.domain.com. Host headers are set up to accept both. As are external DNS servers. Any ideas? Smitty. |

Are you running an internal AD domain with the same domain name? If you are, you'll need to locally add the www entry to the DNS server. The external DNS servers won't affect what happens internally.
