    Full IIS build version/number

Is it possible to locate the full IIS build version/number?

This is for a server running Windows 2003 Server, so I know it's II6. However, we have a vendor asking for "the full version and build number of IIS on that machine." (This is to troubleshoot an issue with us failing a PCI compliance scan run by McAfee).

I'm a bit puzzled by this request, and can find nothing on the MS kb or via other online resources.

    Thanks.

I don't know either. I have a w2003 R2 server, I thought maybe locating the service executable would show up a version number, but the services manager didn't show what file to check.

I suppose it's possibe the folks that are asking don't really know what they are asking, since as far as I know you won't be able to change anything about the IIS version on the server anyway.
