IIS connection limit per IP
Is there any way to limit connection per IP on IIS 5?
I've searched every where and was not able to find anything.
I have a site with downloadable music and do not want people to bog the server down with all the downloads. I want to enforce 2 concurrent downloads per IP and I am wondering if there is any way to get this done on IIS.

If you are referring to user IP's, I don't know of any quota by user settings in IIS5. You can set bandwitdh controls on the overall website in the Performance tab of the website properties.
