IIS launches and opens and executable ?

IIS launches and opens and executable ?

Hi there..

I'm running windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0

I have an asp page the attempts to launch an executable but the executable hangs because IIS will not let it open in a new window....

the executable (framemaker.exe) does not have a 'silent' option ... but IIS wont let it open in a new window...

Is there a way to force IIS to let framemaker.exe pop up ...?

does IIS have any connections other than STDIN / STDOUT ..?

how can make it so the application can launch and open ... ?
