IIs not working

Hi, i have installed iis 5.1 and php and it work perfect until i intall my router. Now when i try to access localhost i cant see nothing. Is there any special setting that i should apply to the router configuration???. Thanks in advance.

router wont have anything to do with it unless you're accessing it from somewhere other than your local machine.

Are you trying to hit it from somewhere else? localhost only refers to the physical machine you're at.

no i'm trying to access it from my local machine but for some reason after i install the router it doesnt want to work. Any ideas on how can i fix this even if it doesnt have anything to do with the router.

You could try checking to see if you have a firewall running, if so, open port 80 on them, make sure the service is running.

Try unplugging the router and seeing what it does, also try using 127.0.0.1 to see if it works too.
