IIS on Windows 2003 permissions
I just set up IIS on windows 2003. I can see my html files when I type the ip from the windows 2003 server but if I go to a different computer then I can't see it. Where do I set the option for all web users to be able to see the file.
I tried setting permissions to full control for that directory but it didn't seem to help. |

you need to make sure that the "IUSR_yourcomputername" account has read permission to your web site folder.
Open the "properties" on the folder, go to the "security" tab, and click "add..." then select "IUSR_yourcomputername". You should only give this account Read/Execute, Read, and List Folder permissions. --cranbo |

Probably you have a firewall blocking access.
