Iis problem
Dear All
I am using windowx xp pro. on a IBM Pentium 4 3.00 GHZ machine. But i am not being able to use it. I tried http://localhost/ but couldn't open the localhost page even though i have inetpub / wwwroot folder When i open internet info. services (inetmgr) i could see nothing is the iis list where local computer name should be displayed containing Websites, FTP Sites... When I tried to connect to local machine by right clicking internet info . services and connect I got "Unable to connect to this computer" or "Couldnot read key from registry" Can you please solve my problem. Thanking You ![]() |

Did you check in Services and verify that the WWW service is running?
You may have conflicts with script blocking programs and/or firewall software on the computer, try disabling any such software while you're testing.
