IIS Site Operaters Error
Hi, I am newbie and I just install IIS V5. I have some problem with the IIS.
The first one is, at the FTP Site Operaters there, I can't Add any new users. As for my information, it should be able to click and add users, but in my Windows XP, seem been disable it. Why could this error would happen ? The second, I have added the folder directory, share the folder, when I try to connect ftp using cmd, its seem cannot be recongnize from my Internet IP address. If I connect local IP address that seem no problem. What or why would this thing happen ?

I don't use IIS FTP, but I thought it used windows users.
For the 2nd question a firewall or router or your isp is probably blocking the ftp tcp port.
