IIS w/PHP not accepting POST requests
ok. heres the system specs:
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise IIS 6 PHP 5 (ISAPI method, not CGI) Mysql 5 the small site I have running on here I have tried to get about 5 different guestbook systems running on. the problem seems to happen when I have to intially login to the admin interface. when I enter the default password it would go back to the login page. from what I can tell, it might be refusing the POST request. the only thing that might throw the idea off is that phpmyadmin seems to work fine. ive been able to create dataases with it just fine. |

well, apparently it looks as if its a script issue rather than an IIS issue as i installed a clean copy of phpbb on here and was able to work with various forms (configuration, mass email, topic posting, replying, registration, etc.) just fine. knowing how things have been going in the past, its probably a simply permissions issue (for whatever stupid reason, mission critical scripts never get the needed IUSR permissions. have to manually enter those myself. PITA)

It sounds like you have this problem tamed then.
