Hello all, I have an IIS problem that is really getting to me.
I have installed IIS on my laptop for use at home and at work. At work it works fine with no problems. However, when I try at start using IIS on my home network it refuses to start. If my machine is not plugged into a network IIS will not start, even if I used http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 Now I have setup a wireless network up at my girlfriends, with the same configurations as mine and IIS works fine. I really don’t understand what is going on. Any help will be gratefully received Harold Clements |

Retry when you get the first error. IIS seems to need two whacks to get started if you don't have an active internet connection.
